The meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Union State is scheduled for the end of February. This information was announced by Mikhail Mishustin, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Union State, Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.

We remind you that a meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Union State was held in Moscow today, with 14 topical issues of Union construction on the agenda.

"A meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Union State is scheduled for the end of this month under the leadership of the Presidents of Russia and Belarus. And of course, the main goal today is to ensure the preparation of the upcoming meeting of our leaders," Mikhail Mishustin said at a meeting of the Council of Ministers of the SG.

The Russian Prime Minister also added that trade and investment exchanges are actively developing within the framework of the Union State, multifaceted business contacts and cooperative ties are expanding, and conditions are being created for stable and sustainable economic growth in our countries.

"This was achieved primarily through the joint coordinated work of the governments of Russia and Belarus to implement the provisions of the Union Treaty," Mikhail Mishustin emphasized. He also noted that of the tasks planned for 2024 and 2026, a significant part has been completed. 

First of all, this concerns industry and agriculture, as well as energy, transport and logistics, tax and customs spheres, science, education, culture, etc.
