The sanatorium «Yunost» includes two units: the sanatorium itself, located in Minsk district, with two dormitory buildings, swimming pool, wellness and SPA-centers, medical centre, as well as the Republican Ski Centre «Silichi» in Logoisky district. Both facilities provide health resort and recreational services in the off-season and during the season as well.
Sanatorium «Yunost» has 270 beds. It offers both standard sanatorium package from 10 days and targeted medical package. In 2023, the most popular programmes were those related to diseases of the musculoskeletal apparatus, cardiovascular and endocrine systems. The sanatorium has its own bouvet with mineral water used for treatment. Meals are provided according to the type of Swedish line and customised menu, developed by a doctor-nutritionist.
The speaker noted that last year more than 13 thousand people were recovered in the sanatorium, which is 5% more than in 2022. The total revenue from the sold sanatorium services increased by 30%.
It is notable that in 2023, 40% of the sanatorium's clients were residents of Belarus. If earlier foreign citizens prevailed (80/20 or 60/40 ratio), now the sanatorium has become more popular among Belarusians. The average length of stay for foreign citizens is 9.5 days, and for residents of Belarus - 4.5 days. The main flow of foreign tourists is from Russia,' underlined Sergei Gromada.
The sanatorium Yunost continues to develop the range of services offered and attracts the attention of both Belarusian and foreign tourists, offering quality health-improving recreation and effective medical programmes.
