Russia to send observers for referendum in Belarus

The Central Election Commission of Russia has received an invitation to observe the referendum on amendments and additions to the Constitution of Belarus, said Pavel Andreev, a member of the CEC of Russia, the Belarusian CEC informed in its Telegram channel. (BelTA)

The CEC of Belarus sent invitations to the central election authorities of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.

The president, the House of Representatives, the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly, the Council of Ministers, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have the right to invite foreign international observers.
