Russia’s Arkhangelsk Oblast shows interest in Amkodor forestry machinery

A delegation from Arkhangelsk Oblast of the Russian Federation, led by Deputy Chairman of the Government of Arkhangelsk Oblast Igor Muraev, visited Amkodor-Lesmash, the press service of the Amkodor holding company told BelTA.

As part of the visit, the Russian delegation got familiar with the enterprise’s production facilities and the line of modern logging machinery produced by the Amkodor holding company. Representatives of the enterprise spoke about the key stages in the production of machines designed for efficient work in the forestry industry.The delegation showed particular interest in modern solutions for developing high-performance forestry systems. Today, Amkodor machinery is already successfully used in logging operations in Arkhangelsk Oblast, confirming its reliability and efficiency in the conditions of northern forests.Furthermore, tests are currently underway in the region on the eight-wheeled forestry systems - the Amkodor FH3081 harvester and the Amkodor FF1681 forwarder. The testing will make it possible to evaluate the machines’ performance under real operating conditions and determine the prospects for their further use.Following the visit, the parties confirmed their interest in the further cooperation and the expansion of Amkodor machinery use in the forestry industry of Arkhangelsk Oblast.
