"Information and ideological work that ensures the stability and stability of any political system is necessarily based on social institutions, among which the key role belongs to the education system," Igor Buzovsky said in his speech. He also stressed that educational activities are a tool for shaping the personality of a future citizen and, as a result, of the entire society, and therefore cannot be carried out in a value vacuum.
The Head of the Presidential Academy focused on the fundamental choice of specialists for the educational environment.
"A purposefully formed corps of teachers, curators, ideological workers, and managers should combine professional competence with internal acceptance of a value agenda and mastery of persuasive translation techniques. Otherwise, the phenomenon of "hidden opposition" arises: external loyalty is combined with latent counter-tactics in the audience and digital channels, which undermines trust in educational institutions. An unbeliever cannot broadcast faith!" emphasized Igor Buzovsky.
The Rector of the Academy noted that the leading educational institution in Belarus strives to pay close attention to systematic educational and ideological work as a mandatory component of professional training for managers: the value content is integrated into educational programs, supported by methodological support, and implemented through a variety of forms (from specialized modules and advanced training programs to curatorial institutes, project work, and interaction with government agencies).- public organizations).
"Our task is to find concepts for consolidating the Union space, to find narratives that unite our peoples, for which we want not just to live, but for which our ancestors gave their lives. Ideology is the soul of public administration. Without a soul, any system, no matter how perfect it is, will remain a mechanism," Igor Buzovsky summed up his speech.
