The contributions of Belarus and Russia to the 2024 Union State budget are to be increased, BelTA has learned.

Minsk hosted a regular meeting of the working group that discussed the 2024 Union State draft budget. Taking part in the meeting were representatives of the Economy Ministry and other government agencies. Most of the proposals dealt with joint social programs and activities.
“The participants of the meeting pointed to the high efficiency of joint efforts to implement programs and events in the current year. They also highlighted active public involvement in the initiatives. It is noteworthy that the number of joint initiatives is growing every year,” the Economy Ministry stressed.
