Organizers Reveal What the XIII Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia Will Be Like

On June 25–26, Minsk and the Minsk Region will become the hubs of Union State integration, hosting the section sessions and the plenary meeting of the XIII Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia. The forum is organized by the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus and the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
Members of the Standing Committee of the Union State will take part in the forum.

Ten specialized sections will be hosted by the Minsk Region, with one more taking place in Minsk. The discussion platforms will feature debates on sociological research and analytics from both Belarus and Russia, aimed at gaining a deeper understanding of the needs and interests of Belarusian and Russian citizens.
A separate section will be dedicated to quality and standards in the Union State and will be held under the auspices of the Committee for Standardization and Quality of Belarus.
On the sidelines of the XIII Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia, dozens of new agreements and roadmaps are expected to be signed, with the total value of contracts projected to exceed 900 million rubles. Experts predict that the number and quality of contractual linkages in 2026 will reach an entirely new level.
An important part of the program will be a large-scale exhibition-fair featuring Belarusian and Russian manufacturers, local artisans, and major industry holdings (MAZ, MTZ, Bellegprom, Integral), which will be held at the Minsk International Exhibition Center BELEXPO.
- June 25 – Section meetings of the XIII Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia will take place.
- June 26 – A meeting will be held between the Chairperson of the Council of the Republic and the Chairperson of the Federation Council with heads of local government bodies of the Republic of Belarus and heads of state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The plenary session of the XIII Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia will also take place on this day.
- June 27 – The BELEXPO exhibition pavilion will open its doors to the general public (free admission, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM), with visitors treated to interactive presentations, workshops, and tastings.
In addition to the business program, the forum organizers have prepared a rich cultural agenda, during which guests will have the opportunity to explore the main attractions of Minsk and the Minsk Region. The forum is always accompanied by several important youth projects: the "Train of Memory" and "Hero Cities – Cities of Heroes."
Over the years, the Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia has acquired the status of a traditional dialogue platform for representatives of Belarusian and Russian government authorities, as well as the business communities of both countries.
