On the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Union State on February 3, 2026

At the meeting of the Standing Committee, information was heard on the decisions of the meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Union State held on February 2 of this year in Moscow, the portal of the Standing Committee of the Union State reports.

They recognized the need to ensure the full and timely implementation of adopted regulatory legal acts. As part of the implementation of the adopted decisions, responsible officials were given the following instructions:
- to implement paragraph 4 of Resolution No. 4 of the Council of Ministers of the Union State dated February 2, 2026, "On granting products of Belarusian and Russian manufacturers the status of 'Union State goods'";
- to further use property created or acquired as a result of the implementation of programs and projects;
- to develop proposals for the legal regulation of intellectual property issues generated within the framework of the implementation of Union State programs and projects, and to discuss the procedure for implementing paragraph 3 of Resolution No. 6 of the Council of Ministers of the Union State dated February 2, 2026, "On the report on the implementation of the Action Plan for working with Union State property";
- to develop a Strategy for the formation of a common information space for the Union State for the period 2026–2030;
- on the implementation of the Union State project "Creating Conditions for the Functioning of the Union State Tourist Information Center."
They discussed in detail the preparations for the meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Union State, scheduled for late February, and agreed to consider the issue of "Implementing the Decisions of the Supreme State Council of the Union State" at the next meeting of the Standing Committee. They decided to hold a meeting with the State Secretary and authorized deputy ministers of Belarus and Russia to discuss the substantive content of the draft Guidelines for the Implementation of the Provisions of the Treaty on the Establishment of the Union State for 2027–2029.
