More than 200 applications from Belarus and Russia were received for the vocal competition "Sozhskaya Zorachka"

The vocal competition "Sozhskaya Zorachka", held in Gomel, received international status, uniting talents from Belarus and Russia. This was reported by the city executive committee.

The competition received over 200 applications from vocalists, which allowed to expand the geography of participants. The final will feature 37 groups and soloists who will compete in various nominations, including folk, pop and academic vocals, as well as vocal ensembles.
This year, performers from Bryansk, Novozybkov, Klintsy, Minsk, Mogilev, Mozyr and Lelchitsy will take part in "Sozhskaya Zorachka".
The performances will be assessed by a jury chaired by the famous musical performer and teacher Evgeny Kurchich, winner of a presidential grant, participant of the popular TV shows "Nu-ka, Vse Vmeste!" and "The Voice".
The gala concert and award ceremony for the winners will be held on September 9 in the Ice Palace.
