The business program covers a wide range of topical issues of interaction between the two countries in tourism. It will feature professional panel discussions, workshops and a business matchmaking event for representatives of Russian and Belarusian companies. The congress will be co-located with the international spring tourism fair Otdykh 2025.

The organizers of the event are the Belarusian Union of Tourism Industry  jointly with the Russian Union of Travel Industry. The congress is held with the support of Belarus’ Sport and Tourism Ministry and the National Tourism Agency.

“The Russian-Belarusian Tourism Congress has already established itself as an effective platform for networking and business interaction in the Union State. It is important for us to preserve its professional, open and free format. This year we will introduce EXPODAT technology to help participants to register, to organize a business matchmaking event, manage personal accounts and schedule business meetings,” said Filipp Guly, Chairman of the Board of the Belarusian Union of Tourism Industry.

Plans are in place to hold the tourism forum “Time to Travel in the Union State” in Minsk in July. It used to be called “Time to Travel in Russia” gathering hundreds of participants from more than 40 Russian regions.
