These are education, culture, and healthcare,” Dmitry Mezentsev said.

The state secretary thanked the co-chairmen of the High-Level Group - Belarusian Ambassador to Russia Dmitry Krutoi and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk for bringing in a new practice of cooperation, which helps quickly resolve issues of economic entities and make up decisions at the level of heads of state, governments and parliaments to ensure technological sovereignty of the Union State.
