On March 7, in Moscow the staff of the Union's TRBO was presented to the appointed director of the Union State Media Company Katerina Abramova. The event was attended by State Secretary of the Union State Dzmitry Mezentsev, according to the telegram channel of the Belarusian Embassy in Russia.

Topical issues of the ‘seamless’ transformation of the Union Broadcasting Organisation into the Union State Media Company were discussed in detail. In addition, they discussed the dates for the first meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Union State Media Company and the start of television broadcasting of the renewed Union TV channel.
The schedule of organisational events was also agreed upon and the current financing of the Union media was discussed.
