On 28 May, Co-Chair of the High-Level Group from the Belarusian side, Head of the Presidential Administration of Belarus Dmitry Krutoy, Co-Chair of the High-Level Group from the Russian side, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexei Overchuk, State Secretary of the Union State Sergey Glazyev, Ambassador of Belarus to Russia Alexander Rogozhnik, and Governor of Smolensk Region Vasily Anokhin laid flowers at the eternal flame in the Memorial Square in Smolensk, BelTA has learned.
