The delegations also included representatives from relevant departments and organizations within both agencies. Particular attention was paid to implementing measures outlined in the "Main Directions for Implementing the Provisions of the Treaty on the Creation of the Union State for 2024–2026."

The parties are responsible for integrating Belarus’s State Information Fund for Ensuring the Uniformity of Measurements with Russia’s Federal Information Fund for Ensuring the Uniformity of Measurements. Work on the project is currently in its final stages, with testing of the data exchange system underway. This initiative will facilitate market access for measuring instruments listed in the respective national registries and enable their use across a wide range of sectors.

The parties also acknowledged the project's timeliness and its potential for expanding data exchange beyond verification results to include calibration data and, eventually, data on high-precision measurements.

A key priority now is to establish a legal status for the joint system. The parties reviewed various options and will reach a coordinated decision, taking into account the operations of the Union State Committee on Standardization and Quality. It was also noted that the positions of Gosstandart and Rosstandart regarding the "Main Directions for Implementing the Provisions of the Treaty on the Creation of the Union State for 2027–2029" have been aligned; work on this document within the Union State framework is already nearing completion.
