The Union State event "The Festival of Creativity of Disabled People "Together we can do more" was officially opened in Mogilev.
State Secretary of the Union State Sergey Glazyev sent greetings to the participants and organizers of the festival, which was read out by Irina Karpovich, Adviser to the Representative Office of the Union State Standing Committee in Minsk, the correspondent reports Soyuz.by.

In his address, Glazyev noted that the festival unites people from Belarus and Russia, who are an example of courage and fortitude. He emphasized the active lifestyle of the participants, their ability to express themselves in creativity and achieve success, which arouses genuine admiration.
"Every year, the festival opens up new talents, expands creative horizons and connects hearts, providing a platform for the realization of cultural opportunities," said the State Secretary of the Union State.
Glazyev expressed confidence that the atmosphere of the holiday promotes the strengthening of friendly ties, serves as a symbol of unity and spiritual wealth of the peoples of Belarus and Russia.
In conclusion, he wished all participants of the festival creative success, new achievements and wonderful meetings, and also expressed the hope that this cultural event would bring unforgettable emotions to all its participants and guests.
The Festival of Creativity of Disabled People of the Union State "Together we can do more" has been held since 2003 and is aimed at preserving the common cultural space of the two countries, involving people with disabilities in this process, as well as Belarusian-Russian cooperation in the field of artistic creativity of disabled people.
