"China is the main partner of the Union State," said State Secretary of the Union State Sergei Glazyev in an interview with BelRos on the sidelines of the Moscow International Book Fair. Sergei Glazyev is one of the authors of the book series "Chinese Modernization" presented at the Moscow International Book Fair.

The State Secretary of the Union State, who is an authoritative expert in the field of economics, wrote a book called "The Chinese Economic Miracle. Lessons for Russia and the World." The publication talks about China's economic rise and argues that it was not an accident, but a natural phenomenon within the framework of economic cycles.

According to the State Secretary of the Union State, today half of the trade share in the Union State falls to the People's Republic of China, and this share is growing dynamically.

"This is supported by the expansion of cooperation," noted Sergei Glazyev. - Everyone knows the "Great Stone" project in Belarus, where everyone is shown an example of such long-term cooperation. Many Chinese enterprises are already operating in Russia. So we need to know our partner and learn, be able to learn. As Alexander Grigoryevich Lukashenko said when meeting with Chairman Xi Jinping, that we once gave China new technologies, now the time has come to learn from China their ability to manage economic development," the State Secretary of the Union State concluded.
