Glazyev and Overchuk discussed priority issues on the Union agenda

State Secretary of the Union State Sergei Glazyev and Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Alexei Overchuk discussed key issues of the development of integration processes between Belarus and Russia, reportrs the official website of the Russian Government.

The meeting focused on the priority tasks of the Union State, prospects for enhancing trade and economic cooperation and the main directions of deepening economic integration.

The parties discussed in detail the interaction in the trade and economic, scientific and technical, cultural and humanitarian spheres within the framework of the implementation of the Guidelines of the provisions of the Treaty on the Establishment of the Union State for 2024-2026.

Ahead of the meeting of the High-Level Group of the Council of Ministers of the Union State of Belarus and Russia, the meeting participants discussed the progress and further steps in the development of joint projects in industry, transport and logistics, ensuring digital sovereignty, as well as other issues of bilateral cooperation.
