Glazyev and Gerasimov reviewed the implementation of the recommendations of the control bodies of the Union State

The day before, Chairman of the State Customs Control Committee Vasily Gerasimov held a working meeting with State Secretary of the Union State Sergey Glazyev.
During the meeting, the progress of the implementation of the recommendations of the Union State control bodies - the Accounts Chamber of Russia and the State Control Committee of Belarus, data on the results of inspections of the reports of the Council of Ministers of the Union State on the execution of the budget of the Union State and implemented by the Standing Committee of the Union State was reviewed.

The meeting discussed proposals to improve the procedures for the development and implementation of programs and projects of the Union State, in particular, to optimize the stages of their development and the timing of approval.
The proposed changes are being worked out with the concerned ministries and departments of the two countries, including the acting state customers of the above-mentioned programs and projects.
It also became known that the Permanent Committee of the Union State has begun work on developing a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of scientific and technical programs of the Union State.
They also discussed the system of accounting for intellectual property objects created as a result of the implementation of programs and projects of the Union State. In order to resolve this issue, a register of property of objects of the Union State has been created. Work in this direction continues.
During the meeting, the head of the State Control Committee and the State Secretary of the Union State discussed other issues related to the implementation of projects and activities of the Union State.
