Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Belarus: citizens of Russia will be able to vote in Belarusian elections to the State Duma

According to the website of the Russian diplomatic mission, on September 20, 2026 elections will be held for deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
Adult citizens of Russia who are permanently resident or temporarily staying in Belarus may participate in voting.
Voting will take place over a single day, on 20 September 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. local time.

Embassy also noted, that "Citizens who decide to vote must have a valid identity document of a citizen of the Russian Federation (internal passport, foreign passport)".
