Belarus, Russian regions set to boost air connectivity

Belarus and Russian regions seek to increase the frequency of direct flights, Belarus’ Ambassador to Russia Aleksandr Rogozhnik told the media, BelTA has learned.

"Today, we have a significant number of direct flights between Minsk and various Russian regions. Our goal is to continue developing direct regional transportation services, so that citizens of our country can easily reach these regions," the ambassador said.

He stated that Belarus has established direct air service with about 20 regions of Russia. “We hope that this year we will continue this work and increase the frequency of flights,” Ambassador Aleksandr Rogozhnik.
