Belarus-Russia Union State PA to sit in Moscow on 19 December

A sitting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union State of Belarus and Russia will be held in Moscow on 19 December. The main item on the agenda is the draft budget of the Union State for 2023, BelTA learned from the press service of the Parliamentary Assembly.

"On 19 December, the sitting of the 63rd session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union Sate of Belarus and Russia will be held in Moscow. Heads of ministries and departments of Belarus and Russia, representatives of the Standing Committee of the Union State, permanent observers at the Parliamentary Assembly and members of the Youth Chamber at the Parliamentary Assembly have been invited to attend," the press service said.

MPs will consider the draft decree of the Supreme State Council of the Union State "On the budget of the Union State for 2023", discuss the amendments to the budget of the Union State for 2022 and changes in the procedure for the formation and execution of the budget of the Union State. The Union State MPs will consider the schedule of the Parliamentary Assembly and the plan of international activities of the Parliamentary Assembly for 2023.

"A government hour will review the progress within the guidelines to implement the provisions of the Union State Treaty for 2021-2023 and 28 Union State programs," the press service added.
