Belarus-Russia draft agreement on international road haulage approved

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko passed a decree to approve the Belarus-Russia intergovernmental draft agreement on international road haulage as a basis for negotiations, BelTA learned from the press service of the Transport and Communications Ministry.

The Transport and Communications Ministry is authorized to conduct negotiations on the draft agreement and to make minor changes to it, if necessary. The Transport and Communications Ministry is also authorized to sign the document upon reaching an agreement within the approved draft.
