Belarus' consulate general to open in Russia's Yekaterinburg

Belarus will open its consulate general in Yekaterinburg, Russia before 1 April 2024. The decision is stipulated by the Council of Ministers' resolution No.776 of 16 November 2023, published on the National Legal Internet Portal, BelTA has learned.

Until then, the branch of the Belarusian Embassy in this Russian city will be closed.

The expenses will be financed within the funds allocated for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from the national budget to open and maintain diplomatic missions and consular offices.
