On 2 October 2026, a meeting of the Scientific and Expert Council under the Standing Committee of the Union State is being held at the China-Belarus Industrial Park "Great Stone", chaired by State Secretary of the Union State Sergey Glazyev. The topic of the meeting is "Specific Features of Trade, Economic and Investment Cooperation in the Union State."

The meeting is attended by the leadership of the Standing Committee of the Union State, representatives of state bodies of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, the scientific and expert community, leading higher education institutions, as well as the management of the Industrial Park and resident companies of "Great Stone".
The meeting is discussing pressing issues of industrial cooperation, the implementation of high-tech projects and the expansion of investment interaction within the framework of the Union State. Park residents presented their experience of operating in "Great Stone", the results achieved and prospects for further development of their production facilities.
The Council participants also familiarised themselves with the investment potential of the Industrial Park, opportunities for implementing joint projects and strengthening business cooperation.
