Belarus to organize evacuation of its citizens from foreign states with a particularly tense evacuation situation

The Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 16 April 2020 No 122 “On organization of evacuation flights” provides that the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus shall adopt decisions on the evacuation of citizens of Belarus national from foreign countries with particularly tense evacuation conditions, the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus informs.

The Edict also regulates issues concerning the financing of the evacuation of Belarus nationals and the reimbursement of costs related to the organization of evacuation flights.
The Edict was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 17 April 2020 and entered into force since the day of its signing.
