Secretaries of Belarus, Russia’s security councils meet in Moscow

State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus Aleksandr Volfovich and Secretary of the Security Council of Russia Sergei Shoigu held a meeting in Moscow, the press service of the Security Council of the Russian Federation reported.

According to the source, a high-level Russian-Belarusian meeting was held in Moscow on 17 October 2024 under the chairmanship of Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Sergei Shoigu and State Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Volfovich.

During the meeting the parties discussed the state and prospects of bilateral cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus in the sphere of security. They also discussed matters concerning further deepening of manufacturing cooperation, the realization of joint programs and investment projects, including in high-tech spheres.
