Belarus' Amkodor company, Russia's Ivanovo Oblast discuss cooperation prospects

Representatives of Amkodor and Russia's Ivanovo Oblast have discussed cooperation prospects, BelTA learned from the press service of the company.

During the working trip to Ivanovo, the Amkodor delegation met with a number of government officials and representatives of organizations of Ivanovo Oblast to explore possibilities to build closer contacts. The meeting was arranged with the help of the Ivanovo Oblast Investment Promotion Agency.

One of the key talking points of the meeting was cooperation between Amkodor and Ivanovo Oblast. The participants of the meeting were told about innovative solutions of the Belarusian holding company. Of particular interest were municipal cleaning vehicles and snow removal equipment.

The government of Ivanovo Oblast showed great interest in expanding business contacts with the holding company. The parties noted that such a partnership is mutually beneficial and showed readiness to launch joint projects aimed at improving and upgrading the regional infrastructure.

Amkodor was established in 1927. The company consists of 30 legal entities, 22 factories that produce more than 6,500 products, including 135 models and modifications of special-purpose and agricultural vehicles and machines. All Amkodor enterprises are integrated into a single technological chain. Each member specializes in specific machines, units and assemblies. Amkodor constantly develops new models of machines and vehicles and improves existing ones.
