The great feat of the people during the Great Patriotic War and the memory of it will live through centuries, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said at a ceremony on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of Great Victory in Minsk on 9 May, BelTA has learned.

"I am especially pleased to see thousands of young, energetic and talented Belarusians on this square. Looking into their clear intelligent eyes, I believe that the great feat of the people and the memory of it will live through centuries," Aleksandr Lukashenko said.
