Shymkent to host Eurasian Intergovernmental Council meeting on 26-27 March

A meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council, which will bring together the prime ministers of the five EAEU countries, is scheduled to take place in Shymkent on 26-27 March, BelTA has learned.

The Eurasian Economic Commission has published the dates of upcoming meetings of the presidents and prime ministers of the Eurasian Economic Union. These events are planned to be held in Kazakhstan, which chairs the EAEU bodies in 2026.

Thus, a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council with the participation of the leaders of the EAEU member states is scheduled to be held in Astana on 28-29 May.
