Lukashenko sends Independence Day greetings to Uzbekistan

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has extended greetings to Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev as the country celebrates Independence Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“Over the years of independence, Uzbekistan has achieved significant successes in state construction, building its economic capacity and social development. I am convinced that the course you are pursuing for the implementation of the most important social and economic objectives and active foreign policy will contribute to further strengthening of the sovereignty of the country, enhancing its international standing,” the Belarusian head of state said.

Aleksandr Lukashenko confirmed his readiness to expand Belarus-Uzbekistan dialogue in every possible way.
