In January-February 2025, Minsk Tractor Works (MTZ trademark) increased the export of its equipment to Penza Oblast of Russia by 17%, MTZ Director General Sergei Avramenko said, BelTA has learned.

"MTZ has a long-standing and strategic partnership with Penza Oblast. In January-February 2025, exports to this Russian region grew by 17% year-on-year. This shows that Minsk Tractor Works has made the right decision to sell this product line, including modernized equipment. I believe that this will lead to positive results at the end of the year," Sergei Avramenko stressed.

Penza Oblast Governor Oleg Melnichenko toured Minsk Tractor Works during his visit to Belarus. He familiarized himself with the BELARUS machinery exhibition and the tractor assembly workshop.
