The 16th edition of the Mill of Success International Economic Forum will be held in Mogilev on 13-15 May, BelTA learned from the Mogilev Free Economic Zone administration.

According to the organizers, the forum has become a true hallmark of Mogilev Oblast. This international business event is designed to foster trade and economic partnerships, identify new business partners in foreign markets, promote import substitution, source alternative suppliers of various goods, forge new cooperative ties, and expand exports and sales markets.

The forum’s multi-day program features a plenary session, panel discussions, thematic sections, a presentation of export-oriented enterprises, B2B negotiations, and more. Traditionally, the event also sees the signing of numerous documents, including protocols of intent, roadmaps, and cooperation agreements. In addition, the forum will tackle issues spanning various manufacturing sectors, the interaction of small and medium-sized businesses with large enterprises and government bodies, support measures for exporters, new logistics routes and transport corridors, platform solutions for developing the export ecosystem, financial market instruments, and a range of other topics.

As noted by the administration of the Mogilev FEZ, the forum provides an opportunity to present the economic potential of Mogilev Oblast and the free economic zone, attract new investors, and come up with new joint business ideas. The agreements and contracts signed at the forum amount to millions of rubles annually.

This year, the forum will bring together approximately 1,500 participants: business representatives, entrepreneurial associations, regional and central government bodies, official foreign delegations, and the diplomatic corps.
