Minsk to host economic cooperation forum on 11 September

The Minsk International Economic Cooperation Forum will be held in the Belarusian capital on 11 September, Director General of the Minsk branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI) Sergei Nabeshko told the media on 2 September, BelTA has learned.

The forum will be the key business event marking the 959th anniversary of Minsk. The forum’s agenda includes a plenary session, thematic discussions, and B2B meetings.
“We expect around 250 people to attend the forum. We will introduce our foreign partners to the business environment in Belarus, opportunities in tourism, and investment, and showcase promising areas of cooperation,” Sergei Nabeshko said. The forum is organized by the Minsk branch of the BelCCI. The program features three main sections: Minsk’s investment, export and tourism potential; new areas of international cooperation and practical tools for expanding the geographical reach; and the use of AI in business, including risks, prospects, and benefits, and negotiations in a small-talk format.At Minsk City Technopark, the participants will be able to discuss the digitalization of business processes and explore the technopark’s technological potential, and learn about the latest developments by its residents.
The forum will provide an opportunity to establish long-term and mutually beneficial business ties with the companies from both neighboring and far-abroad countries. Participants will be able to establish contacts for further work on contracts and the conclusion of partnership agreements.
