The company presented the MAZ TARGO 8 refrigerated truck, the MAZ TARGO 10 curtain-side flatbed truck, the KS5576 truck crane mounted on the MAZ-6302C5 chassis, the MAZ 303147 suburban bus and the 3043-30 tow truck built on the MAZ-631228 chassis. “The showcased vehicles are being presented to the general public for the first time,” the press service noted.
The new MAZ TARGO medium-duty vehicle models expand the company’s capabilities in the segment of urban and regional transport. The MAZ TARGO 8 is fitted with a Kupava insulated body designed for transporting cargo requiring temperature control. The MAZ TARGO 10 offers a new universal platform for various superstructures, including special-purpose equipment.
The new models feature a three-seat cabin equipped with a rear-view window and enhanced comfort systems. Seats are fitted with seat belts and headrests, while the driver’s seat includes heating, ventilation and armrests for additional comfort.
The vehicles are also equipped with air conditioning, a multifunction steering wheel, remote central locking, electric windows, a multimedia system with a 9-inch color LCD display, cruise control, a rear-view camera, electrically adjustable heated mirrors and an aerodynamic fairing. Both models come standard with the ASR traction control system, ESC electronic stability control and an engine brake.
The MAZ TARGO lineup is expected to expand further with new configurations. Plans include vehicles with manual and automated transmissions, different wheelbase options and superstructures tailored to specific transport needs.
Another debut model is the MAZ 303147 large-class suburban bus. The vehicle was designed for efficient operation on suburban routes with heavy passenger traffic. The model combines the advantages of low-floor urban transport with the comfort of suburban travel. This modification completes the upgrade of the second-generation large-class (12-meter) bus lineup to the third generation.
The bus offers 35 comfortable seats, including 16 located in the low-floor section. The low-floor design speeds up boarding and disembarkation at stops, soft seats equipped with seat belts provide greater travel comfort.
The MAZ 303147 is equipped with a range of modern systems to improve convenience and safety for both drivers and passengers, including air conditioning, three electronic route displays with a voice announcement system and interior information screen, a passenger door request system, video surveillance and charging ports throughout the cabin. For passengers with disabilities, the bus includes a mechanical ramp and a specially equipped wheelchair space.
Two other major expos: STO Expo 2026 and CTT Expo 2026 - also opened in Moscow on 26 May at the same time as COMvex. STO Expo features the MAZ spare parts exhibition, where visitors can explore the product range of enterprises within the BelavtoMAZ holding company. At CTT Expo, products of Dzerzhinsk-based experimental mechanical plant DEMZ are on display.
