MAZ to help modernize passenger transport in Russia’s Achinsk

Minsk Automobile Plant (MAZ) and Achinsk District of Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia have signed an agreement to supply buses to Achinsk, the press service of the enterprise told BelTA.

The document was signed by MAZ First Deputy Commercial Director Boris Mushchinsky and Achinsk Mayor Igor Titenkov. The agreement reflects mutual interest in developing cooperation to modernize passenger transport in the region and helps establish partnerships between the enterprise and the Achinsk administration.

During the negotiations, the Russian side also showed interest in MAZ gas-powered equipment, including buses and garbage trucks.
