Over the year, 22 dump trucks BELAZ-7558R with a carrying capacity of 90 tonnes were delivered to the Russian coal mining company “Kolmar”, BELTA reports.

It was stated that during 12 months, 22 dump trucks BELAZ-7558R with the carrying capacity of 90 tonnes were delivered to the Russian coal mining company “Kolmar”. In the extreme natural and climatic conditions of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the Belarusian equipment performed at its best and received positive feedback from the company’s employees.

"We appreciate the promptness of deliveries and professional approach to supporting BELAZ equipment. It allows us to increase the performance of our utility vehicles," said Evgeny Yutyaev, General Director of Kolmar Management Company LLC.

The coal company purchased the new large dump trucks as part of its ambitious open-pit mining development strategy, which provides for a significant increase in coal production volumes.

"The truck is soft and easy to drive. No breakdowns have occurred, we only carry out routine preventive maintenance to ensure that the equipment serves reliably for as long as possible," shared his impressions Alexander Tolchinachin, a driver at the Inaglinsky mining and processing complex, part of Kolmar Management Company.

Alexander has been working on the new 90-tonne BELAZ for a relatively short time, but he’s already appreciated its advantages. Together with other crew members, he participated in assembling his truck, thoroughly studying it, which will certainly help to avoid breakages and accidents during operation.

The BELAZ-7558P dump truck is designed to operate in the most demanding conditions and provides high productivity with minimal maintenance costs. It is equipped with a highly efficient engine that provides maximum power with low fuel consumption, as well as an advanced body tilting system, which reduces unloading time and increases overall performance. In addition, the model has an extended lifespan of major components and assemblies, which reduces operating costs. The dump trucks also use high-strength frames and platforms capable of withstanding extreme loads in mining conditions.

REFERENCE: BELAZ dump trucks of 30, 45 and 90 tonnes carrying capacity are now available at Kolmar Management Company. The coal mining company conducts its main operations in Yakutia, where extremely low temperatures impose special requirements on the quality of equipment operating there.
