Belarusian crossover BelGee X50 named second most popular in Russia in 2025

The Belarusian crossover BelGee X50 became the second most popular in Russia in 2025, according to the Russian analytical agency Autostat, BelTA has learned.

Last year sales of this Belarusian car model in Russia reached 38,304 pieces, representing a 25% increase. This is particularly notable given that overall demand for new passenger cars in the Russian Federation decreased by 15.6% over 2024.
The best-selling brand in the Russian automotive market among SUVs and crossovers was the Chinese Haval Jolion. However, last year, sales of this model decreased by 21.6%. The Geely Monjaro crossover goes third, with sales also falling by 21.4%.
Another Belarusian model, BelGee X70, also entered the Top 10 sales rankings, securing the 8th position. Notably, sales of this model in Russia surged 6.5 times in 2025, reaching 26,146 units.
