Belarus reduces export duties on certain oil products

On 1 May 2025 Belarus reduced export duties on certain oil products. The Council of Ministers’ resolution No.245 of 30 April 2025 was published on the national legal internet portal, BelTA has learned.

In line with the resolution the size of the export duty on hydrocarbon gases is now $0.9 per tonne ($8.8 previously). The export duty on ethane, butane and isobutane was set at $0.8 per tonne ($7.9).

The resolution came into force on 1 May 2025.
