A new production line will launch at the Bobruisk Plant plant of Tractor Parts and Assemblies this year

The Bobruisk Plant of Tractor Parts and Assemblies will commission and new line for mechanical processing of parts by the end of 2023. 

This was announced by the Deputy Director for Technical Issues - Chief Engineer of OJSC Sergey Shirokiy, MTZ has learned.

"Recently, two vertical milling and two turning machining centers with numerical control were delivered to the enterprise. The equipment is completed with automation means - industrial robots, which allow loading and unloading of parts without the operator's participation. Now we are carrying out commissioning works", - said Sergey Shirokiy. The new machines will be used for production of PTO covers used in BELARUS tractors of 800 - 1200 series.

Earlier, a CNC vertical turning machining center equipped with high-speed tools was purchased for the new line. Now it is used to perform a full cycle of machining of the PTO gearbox housing.
