Belarus, Russia to expand cooperation in information technologies, digitization

As part of the efforts to bolster cooperation with the Russian Federation in digitization and in information and communication technologies Belarusian Communications and Informatization Minister Konstantin Shulgan held negotiations with Russian Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media Maksut Shadayev, the Belarusian Communications and Informatization Ministry press service told BelTA.

Konstantin Shulgan and Maksut Shadayev discussed the production of telecommunication equipment, the recognition of digital signatures in Belarus and Russia, interaction between digitization offices, the sharing of the best practices in providing government services, and other matters.

Konstantin Shulgan invited Maksut Shadayev to participate in the 30th international information and communication technologies forum TIBO 2024, which will take place in Minsk on 21-24 May.
