As is traditional, a field post office is operating at the exhibition. People are sending triangle-shaped letters to their families and friends. Messages will be delivered free of charge to recipients in Belarus and Russia by Russian Post. Among the honored guests of the requiem concert is State Secretary of the Union State Sergey Glazyev.

Before the "Every Third" memorial rally in the Great Hall of the State Kremlin Palace, guests also viewed an exhibition of Minskkhlebprom enterprises. The SB. Belarus Today Publishing House also presented the "Partisans of Belarus" exhibition.
