Lukashenko appoints new rectors for universities in Brest, Gomel

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has approved the appointments of new rectors for two universities: in Brest and Gomel, BelTA has learned.

Andrei Parfiyevich will head Brest State Technical University. He previously served as Vice-Rector for Academic Affairsat this university.

Irina Nazarenko has been approved for the post of rector of Gomel State Medical University. She is no stranger to this university either, having been the dean of its Medical Diagnostics Faculty.
