Anna Seluk: The requiem concert “Every Third” resonates in the hearts of Russian audiences

“When creating the project, we didn’t expect it to be so in demand. But, perhaps, the times dictate the conditions, and such projects are needed. And not only in our country, but also in the Russian Federation. We are glad that our project resonates in the hearts of Russian audiences and that an increasing number of Russian cities are inviting us to showcase this project on their stages,” said Anna Seluk.

The project has already been seen in Moscow and Kazan, and now it has been presented in St. Petersburg. “This year, we plan to present our project in five more Russian cities: Nizhny Novgorod, Ufa, Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, and Novosibirsk. Next year we are also planning a couple of cities with which we are negotiating. I hope that our requiem concert will reach the audience of these cities," the general producer emphasized.

The requiem concert Every Third is a unique project that represents a synthesis of theatrical and musical art, documentaries and modern technologies. During the concert, rare military and post-war chronicles, photographic documents are shown, historical facts and updated information and figures are provided. In the project, each artist and episode is part of a common narrative that tells the story of the pain and tragedy of an entire nation and the tragic fates of individual people. The project has been awarded the Belarus president’s prize For Spiritual Revival and is being implemented with support from the Culture Ministries of Belarus and Russia.
