The XXXII Day of Belarusian Writing will take place in Lida on the 6th and 7th of September, as reported by the Ministry of Information.

This year, the event is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the 500th anniversary of the publication of "The Apostle" by Francysk Skaryna, as well as the anniversaries of outstanding figures in national literature.

The festive opening and the award ceremony for the laureates of the National Literary Prize and the "Lida Readings" are scheduled for 6th September.

The Ministry of Information plane to organize a Book and Press Festival, showcasing the latest offerings from the Belarusian publishing market. Guests can look forward to featuring interactive zones from the BRSM (Belarusian Republican Youth Union), the Belarusian Women's Union, libraries, and media from the Grodno region, along with sports and children's areas, food courts, and an advertising and information tour of the city's and district's attractions.
