In accordance with the document, the types of such support provided on individual basis include budgetary transfers to reimburse part of the costs for investment projects, contributions to the charter funds of legal entities made from republican and (or) local budgets, as well as budgetary loans and other types of state support provided from budgetary funds.
The Decree establishes that when submitting proposals for state support, it is mandatory to have an economic justification for its feasibility and a conclusion on the competitiveness of the products being produced. Furthermore, decisions on state support must necessarily specify the responsibilities of officials and the performance indicators of organizations that are conditions for its provision. A prohibition on subsequent adjustments to these indicators has been introduced.
