The incidence of coronavirus infection in Belarus has decreased by about 30%. This was announced by the Minister of Health Dmitry Pinevich, the press service of the Ministry of Health reports.

Also, the specialists of the Ministry of Health do not note the previous load on the outpatient unit. According to Pinevich, this wave of coronavirus is characterized by the fact that there are much fewer hospitalizations than in the fall. However, there are still serious patients.

The Minister of Health reminded that it is important to be vaccinated against covid and not to reduce precautions.

"Vaccination and revaccination is one of the most effective ways," Dmitry Pinevich added. He also stated that vaccines also work on subspecies of the omicron strain.
