Reznik noted that, thanks to the implementation of the labeling system, the share of illegal industrial product trafficking in Russia has decreased by an average of 17%, while business revenues have increased by almost 700 billion rubles.
Nevertheless, the share of counterfeit goods remains high, especially in online retail and the construction market.
Reznik emphasized the need for coordinated action and called on business associations and public organizations to actively participate in the fight against counterfeiting throughout the EAEU. The International Association "Anti-Counterfeit" is ready to coordinate this work.
He also noted the importance of engaging young people in protecting markets from counterfeit goods.
The "Anti-Counterfeit" forum is a key platform for developing solutions to reduce illegal product trafficking and protect consumer rights in the EAEU countries.
