Roman Gradusov, director of the republican unitary enterprise National Center for Electronic Services, spoke at a press conference at the National Press Center about the innovations that users expect in 2025 on the Unified Portal of Electronic Services, the Soyuz.by portal's correspondent reports.

The speaker recalled that in 2024, the UPES was replenished with social services: issuing a certificate of pension amount, registering a citizen as unemployed, as well as providing state targeted assistance.

“Also, since last year, you can get a certificate on the status of those in need of improved housing conditions, and on the provision (non-provision) of a one-time subsidy for the construction (reconstruction) or purchase of residential premises. All of these digitized features are available to individuals with strict authentication (using a personal electronic digital signature or ID card)”, - said Roman Gradusov.

Citizens, as well as legal entities, can receive electronic control stamps for car disinfection through the E-Service. As a result of the provision of the service, a stamp containing a QR code for reading by the border guard service will be sent by e-mail. “It is important to note that in the absence of a valid electronic control mark in the form of a QR code, the vehicle is not subject to import into the Republic of Belarus, the appropriate control is carried out by border guards at checkpoints across the State Border of the Republic of Belarus.”

According to the speaker, the NCEU's birthday gift was the completion of work on the electronic visa project, and starting tomorrow, on March 20, the new electronic service will launch on the portal. The project was implemented jointly with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and will provide an opportunity to order and obtain an entry visa to the Republic of Belarus in electronic form.

In addition, amendments to the Visa Rules of the Republic of Belarus will come into force on March 20 in accordance with Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 953 dated December 16, 2024 "On Amending Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 1065 dated July 15, 2010", including regarding the issuance of entry electronic visas to the Republic of Belarus by a nationwide automated information system.
