Minsk hosts the II Republican Forum of Women Entrepreneurs ''Energy and Creation''

Today the National Library of Belarus is hosting the II Republican Forum of Women Entrepreneurs ''Energy and Creation''. Natalia Kochanova, Chairperson of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus, has sent a welcoming speech to the forum participants. It was read out by Vladislav Tatarinovich, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus on Economy, Budget and Finance, reports a correspondent of Soyuz.by.
Before the forum, participants of the Belarusian Women's Union laid flowers at the Victory Monument.

Forum ''The Energy and Creation'' united more than 300 business ladies from all over Belarus. The event discusses topical issues of women's business development.
"Belarus is rich in vivid examples of female leadership. Today, more than 40% of Belarusian entrepreneurs are women. Our compatriots, embodying inner strength, wisdom and high responsibility, not only confirm the possibility of an effective combination of business and creativity, but also prove throughout their lives that harmony between family life and career is not a dream, it is a reality," the greeting reads. - In modern conditions, when the world is changing with unprecedented speed, your energy, creativity and initiative become the cornerstones of sustainable development of our country. You masterfully implement your own business projects, form a positive image of Belarusian women's entrepreneurship, the priorities of which are improvement of the quality of life, social and environmental aspects, and stimulation of innovations," the salute says.
The Speaker of the Upper House of the Parliament expressed confidence that the forum would become a source of energy of creative impulse, a platform for establishing fruitful contacts, sharing experience and defining new guidelines for further development and prosperity of Belarus.
''I wish everyone productive work, interesting discussions, various discoveries, good health, peaceful sky and well-being to you, your relatives and friends,'' Natalia Kochanova concluded in her welcoming speech.
As part of the forum programme, craftsmen and manufacturers from all regions of the country will present their products at the exhibition, a plenary session and thematic sections will also take place.
For the first time, Minister of Economy Yuri Chebotar, Minister of Information Marat Markov and many others are taking part in the forum. Among the guests of honour are representatives of the St. Petersburg branch of the All-Russian Public State Organisation ''Union of Women of Russia'' - ''Women's Alliance''.
