Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has wished Happy Birthday to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, BELTA learned from the press service of the head of state.

“I am happy to see that the fraternal Republic of Azerbaijan, under your wise leadership, plays an increasingly significant role in the Turkic world, strengthens its leadership in the region and remains a reliable strategic partner of the Republic of Belarus,” the message of congratulations reads.
Aleksandr Lukashenko noted that he cherishes the memory of his recent meeting with Ilham Aliyev in Baku and highly values friendship and trusting personal relations, mutual support and genuine and constructive dialogue at various venues.
“I am confident that the successful holding of the Climate Change Conference COP29 and the summit of world leaders has further propped up the international standing of your country,” the head of state emphasized.
The president wished Ilham Aliyev good health, well-being, good luck and many more achievements at the helm of the Azerbaijani state.
